Fany Gerson is a chef, entrepreneur, and published author dedicated to sharing Mexican culinary traditions. She currently serves as the Chef/Partner at Fan Fan Doughnuts. Gerson is also the Chef/Owner of La Newyorkina and the Chef/Founder of Dough Doughnut shop.

Her commitment to Mexican food and pastries extends to her work as an educator and author. She has published several books, including "My Sweet Mexico," "Paletas," and "Mexican Ice Cream," all released by Ten Speed Press.
