Alessio Fanelli is the founder of Kernel Labs and a Partner at Decibel Partners. In his role at Decibel, he focuses on investing in Seed and Series A founders who are leading the Engineering Value Chain Revolution.

Prior to his current roles, Fanelli was a Board Member at Nextgen Partners and worked at 645 Ventures. He also served as a Consulting Software Engineer at Mikamai. He is actively involved in open source development, maintaining a presence on GitHub.
