Faith Maeba is a Research Assistant and an Honors Psychology Student at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Psychology and a minor in Practical Artificial Intelligence. She is recognized as both a McNair Scholar and a Gilman Scholar.

Her research interests are centered at the intersection of developmental science, technology, and culturally grounded interventions, particularly for underserved employee populations.
