Biography

Faisal Javaid serves as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Risk at Man External Alpha, formerly known as Man FRM. In this role, he is responsible for safeguarding client capital through rigorous Investment Risk due diligence and the approval of Hedge Fund strategies. His duties also encompass the ongoing risk management of funds and portfolios, client communication, and the management of market risks. He oversees and manages the Man External Alpha Investment Risk team.
