Paul-Enguerrand Fady is a Senior Biosecurity Policy Manager at the Centre for Long-Term Resilience. In this role, he concentrates on preventing and mitigating global catastrophic biological risk, with a specific focus on emerging biotechnologies, biological threats, and supply chain resilience. He is also a 2026 Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity (ELBI) Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Center For Health Security.
