Fabrizio Freda is an Italian business executive who served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from July 1, 2009, until his retirement in 2024. He succeeded William P.
Lauder in the role and subsequently assumed the position of special advisor to the Chair of the Board of Directors. Freda joined The Estée Lauder Companies in March 2008 as President and Chief Operating Officer.
