Evangelos Mytilineos, born in Athens in 1954, is a Greek businessman and the Executive Chairman of Metlen Energy & Metals. He initially pursued an academic career, studying Economics at Athens University and the London School of Economics (LSE).

In 1978, Mr. Mytilineos became personally involved in his family business, with a vision to transform it into a leading metallurgy enterprise. This led to the founding of the MYTILINEOS Group in 1990.
