Eugene Volokh is an American legal scholar recognized for his extensive scholarship in American constitutional law and libertarianism. He currently serves as the Thomas M. Siebel Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

He is also the Gary T. Schwartz Professor of Law Emeritus at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a professor of law since 1994, and an affiliate at the law firm Schaerr Jaffe.
