Ernst Noorman is the Ambassador at Large for Cyber Affairs for the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In this capacity, he represents the Dutch government on matters related to cybersecurity and digital policy.

Noorman also contributes to international efforts as a Member of the Advisory Body on Submarine Cable Resilience at the International Telecommunication Union.
