Biography

Erin Hiatt is the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). In this role, she oversees the teams responsible for key retail disciplines, including asset protection, supply chain, store operations, and corporate responsibility.

Hiatt has been with RILA since 2012. During her tenure, she has served in a variety of roles, supporting and leading the association's corporate responsibility communities before assuming her current SVP position.
