Erik Van Buggenhout is a co-founder and active partner of NVISO, a European cybersecurity firm. At NVISO, he leads Managed Security Services, which primarily focuses on 24x7 Managed Detection & Response services. In this role, he and his team assist organizations in enhancing their ability to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.

Beyond his work at NVISO, Van Buggenhout is a senior instructor and course author for the SANS Institute.
