Eric Goldman is a law professor and Associate Dean for Research at Santa Clara University School of Law. His academic focus areas include Internet law, intellectual property (IP), and advertising law. He also co-directs the law school's High Tech Law Institute and co-supervises its Privacy Law Certificate.
Goldman began teaching Internet Law courses in 1995–96, making him part of the first wave of educators in this field.
