Eric Posner is an American lawyer and legal scholar, currently serving as Counsel at MoloLamken LLP since 2024. He is widely recognized for his academic career as the Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Esther Kane Research Chair at the University of Chicago Law School, a position he held from 1998 to 2023. His academic interests and teaching span administrative law, financial regulation, constitutional law, international law, contract law, bankruptcy, and antitrust.
