Enoch Fung is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance (AoF) and the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research (HKIMR), positions he has held since 2023.

Prior to his current roles, Fung spent over a decade at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 2011 to July 2023. During his tenure, he served as Head of External, Market Development, and Financial Stability Surveillance.
