Erin Hood serves as the Head of Structuring & Governance at Morgan Stanley Private Credit. In this role, she concentrates on governance, structuring, and regulatory matters pertaining to the US direct lending business.
Hood graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in May 2018, where she was the Production Editor of the Virginia Tax Review and a Programming Officer for the Domestic Violence Project.
