Emily Catrin Darlington is a British Labour Party politician. She has been the Member of Parliament for Milton Keynes Central since 2024.

Prior to her election to the House of Commons, Darlington served at the Milton Keynes City Council. She also held the position of Head of Policy and Corporate Affairs at Npc (New Philanthropy Capital), and was Labour's Parliamentary Candidate for Milton Keynes South.
