Emily Bannister serves as the Managing Director and Head of Private Credit at Wellington Management. In this role, she leads the firm's efforts in private credit.

Prior to her current position, Bannister gained experience at Federal Street Advisors and worked as an Investment Analyst at Bain & Company.
