Biography

Ellen Beeson Zentner is an American managing director and the Chief US Economist at Morgan Stanley. She also holds the title of Global Head of Thematic and Macro Investing at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In this capacity, she contributes to economic strategy and investment insights for the firm.

Zentner's career in economics began at the Texas State Comptroller, where she served as a Senior Economist in the Revenue Estimating Division from 1998 to 2003.
