Elizabeth "Betsy" Ashburn Duke is an American bank executive known for her significant roles in both the private and public sectors of the financial industry. She served as a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 2008 to 2013, having been confirmed by the Senate to fill an unexpired term. Duke was the seventh woman to be appointed to the board.
