Elisabeth Rizzotti is a physicist and business leader. She earned a degree in Physics from Università degli Studi in Turin and spent a brief period at CERN before transitioning into the business world. She joined Accenture, where she provided strategic consulting for financial sector clients.

Rizzotti then spent five years at Banca Lombarda before moving to UBI Banca, at the time Italy's fifth largest banking group.
