Elena Marks is recognized as a US Health System Reform and Health Policy Expert. She currently serves as the President and CEO of the Episcopal Health Foundation. Her work centers on health policy, with a focus on changing the system to value, reward, and pay for positive health outcomes for all people, rather than solely concentrating on healthcare spending.

Marks is also a Health Policy Fellow at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy.
