Elena Fersman serves as the VP Head of AI Innovation & Incubation at Ericsson, where she leads a global team of 250 specialists across the US, Sweden, Canada, and India. In this role, she drives artificial intelligence innovation across Ericsson's products and services, focusing on making the company AI native and equipping telecommunications teams with AI knowledge. She also heads the Ericsson Silicon Valley Site, managing almost 300 team members and setting site strategy.
