Elaine Walsh is an Energy Transactions Partner at Baker Botts L.L.P.

Her practice focuses on the acquisition and divestiture of power, fuel, and petrochemical assets. She routinely advises clients on the hedging of power and fuel portfolios, and regulations regarding organized power markets. Walsh also provides counseling in the development of electric generation facilities, including renewable resources, transmission facilities, pipelines, and solid fuel production and processing facilities.
