Edu Lyra is the founder and CEO of Gerando Falcões, an organization he established after writing a book titled "Jovens Falcões." He sold the book door-to-door in peripheries and favelas with a team of 50 young people, using the proceeds to fund the NGO.

Gerando Falcões began by serving residents of peripheries and favelas and has since grown into a network of NGOs within these communities.
