Edith Cooper is the Co-Founder of Medley, a company she co-founded with her daughter, Jordan Taylor, in 2018. Medley's mission is to leverage Cooper's extensive experience in fostering environments where individuals can achieve their full potential.

Prior to co-founding Medley, Cooper built a distinguished career spanning 30 years on Wall Street. She was a Partner, Executive Vice President, and the Head of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs.
