Ediel Costa is a business leader with experience in the cosmetics industry. He currently serves as the CEO of Super Beleza, a role he has held since 2017. In the same year, Costa co-founded Bel Hair Cosmeticos, also based in Assis, São Paulo.

Prior to his current ventures, Costa worked as a Gestor Financeiro (Financial Manager) at Zap Cosmeticos for over nine years, from January 2008 to January 2017. His educational background includes studies in Processos Gerenciais.
