Biography

Dr. Samantha Nutt is a Canadian physician, bestselling author, and the Founder and President of the humanitarian organizations War Child Canada and War Child USA. Born in Toronto in October 1969, she spent part of her childhood in South Africa and Brazil.

Dr. Nutt has dedicated over two decades to working with children and their families on the frontlines of major global crises, including those in Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Darfur, Sudan.
