Jessica Droste Yagan is the Partner & CEO of Impact Engine, where she leads an institutional investment firm focused on venture capital and private equity strategies. Impact Engine aims to drive positive impact in areas such as economic opportunity, environmental sustainability, and health equity.

Prior to her role at Impact Engine, Yagan was instrumental in developing McDonald's Corporation's global and U.S. sustainable sourcing strategies.
