Dr. Najwa Aaraj is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Technology Innovation Institute (TII), which serves as the applied research pillar of the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC). In this role, she is responsible for driving research and development to achieve transformative technology outcomes in Abu Dhabi.

Prior to her appointment as CEO, Dr. Aaraj held the position of Chief Researcher at TII's Cryptography Research Center (CRC) and the Autonomous Robotics Research Center (ARRC).
