Dr. Michael L. Lomax is the President and CEO of UNCF, the nation's largest scholarship provider for underrepresented students. He began his higher education at 16, earning a B.A. from Morehouse, an M.A. from Columbia, and a Ph.D. from Emory. His career started in academia, teaching at Morehouse and Spelman College.
Lomax transitioned into significant civic and political roles in Atlanta, including serving as Chair of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.
