Biography

Drew Boyles is an entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer focused on building large-scale, experience-driven destinations that integrate recreation, hospitality, and real estate into high-performing investments. He is currently leading the development of a 120-acre mixed-use surf resort in the Greater Phoenix area, which includes a wave pool, residential, and commercial components. This project is fully entitled and located in an Opportunity Zone, following a phased capital strategy.
