Christine Self serves as the Director, Family Outreach & Engagement of Parent & Family Relations at Texas Tech University. In this role, she is dedicated to supporting student success by educating students and their families, as well as developing programs and resources that enhance student experiences. She has worked in family engagement for more than 20 years.

Self also holds a position as an instructor in the Women's and Gender Studies Program at Texas Tech. She earned her Ph.D.
