Alex Mahon is the Chief Executive Officer of Superstruct Entertainment, a prominent festival and live entertainment group. In this role, she focuses on driving growth through creativity, culture, and global scale, while ensuring the independent spirit of Superstruct’s portfolio of events. Prior to this, Mahon was the Chief Executive of Channel 4 from October 2017 to July 2025, where she led the UK’s public service broadcaster's transformation into a digital-first media company.
