Johannes Fechner is a German lawyer and politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). He has served as a member of the German Bundestag since 2013. From 2014 to 2021, he was the Legal Policy Spokesperson for the SPD parliamentary group.

Since 2021, Fechner has held the positions of Parliamentary Secretary and Legal Advisor for the SPD parliamentary group.
