Biography

Dr. Agnes Kalibata is a Rwandan agricultural scientist and policymaker, recognized for her leadership in promoting food security and economic development in Africa. She has served as President of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) since 2014, an organization dedicated to improving food security and incomes for farming households across 11 African countries.
