Douglas A. Rediker is the Founding Partner of International Capital Strategies, LLC, a Washington, DC-based boutique that offers insights to institutional investors and companies on the political economy of global financial markets. He is also the founder and chairman of the firm.

Rediker served on the Board of Directors of Cowen Inc. until March 1, 2023, and is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution.
