Douglas Axe serves as the Rosa Endowed Chair of Molecular Biology at Biola University. He has been associated with Biola University for over six years.

Prior to his current role, Axe was the Director at Biologic Institute. His academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.S.), both in Biochemical Engineering.
