Biography

Doug Baker joined Ecolab in 1989, progressing through various roles before becoming CEO in 2004 and chairman of the board in 2006. He retired as chief executive officer at the end of 2020, continuing to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board. Under his leadership, Ecolab grew to become a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services, serving customers in over 170 countries.
