Biography

Donna Hartley is the CEO and Principal Owner of Hartley International and the National Speakers Association, roles she has held since 2000. As an author, speaker, and business coach, she focuses on helping individuals triumph over trials and conquer change, drawing from her own experiences.

Hartley is a survivor of multiple life-altering events. On March 1, 1978, she survived a fiery DC-10 plane crash, an experience that inspired her to testify to change airline safety regulations.
