Donald Sull is a Professor of the Practice at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he directs the Measuring Culture Project and teaches courses on competitive strategy and strategy execution. He is also the co-founder and CEO of CultureX, a company that leverages proprietary AI to measure and improve corporate culture. Prior to his current role at MIT, Sull was a Professor at Harvard Business School and London Business School.
