Donald Wilfrid Kao Andrews is a Canadian economist and a prominent academic in the field of econometrics. He holds the position of Tjalling Koopmans Professor of Economics at the Cowles Foundation, Yale University, where he also maintains an affiliation with the Yale Department of Statistics.
