Doha Mekki is an American attorney and civil servant. She currently serves as a Senior Fellow at Columbia Law School, specifically with the Center for Law and the Economy.

Mekki previously held a significant role within the U.S. government, serving as the Acting Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Prior to this, she gained experience as a Summer Intern in the Criminal Division at the United States Attorneys' Offices.
