Biography

Dmytro Kuleba is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat, born on April 19, 1981, in Sumy. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from March 2020 until his resignation on September 4, 2024, amidst a cabinet shuffle. Concurrently, he was a member of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration from August 2019 to March 2020.
