I build and scale great products and the teams behind them.A startup builder at heart, I believe in leading from the front - staying hands-on, close to the customer and the tech, and ensuring every decision stays grounded in reality and impact. At SIXT, I get to combine two things I love - cars and technology. I lead our engineering organization globally, and my teams build everything from the apps millions of customers use to the platforms that let 800+ engineers ship fast and sleep well.
