Sir Dieter Robin Helm is a distinguished British economist and academic, currently serving as Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Oxford. He holds a DPhil in Economics from New College, Oxford, which he completed in 1984, following his MPhil from Nuffield College and BA from Brasenose College, Oxford.
Helm's academic career at Oxford began as a Junior Research Fellow at New College, followed by a Fellowship in Economics at Lady Margaret Hall.
