Richard Bruce Cheney served as the Vice President of the United States under George W. Bush from 2001 to 2009. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and raised in Casper, Wyoming, he attended Yale University before earning a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in political science from the University of Wyoming.
