Dianty Ningrum serves as a researcher at the Anthropocene Laboratory, which is part of The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. Her professional experience includes contributions to the Monash Sustainable Development Institute and Kopernik.

Prior to her current roles, Ningrum gained experience through internships. She was a Project Intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft FüR Internationale Zusammenarbeit (Giz) Gmbh and an Intern at the Office Of The Governor Province Dki Jakarta.
