Biography

Deric Cheng serves as the Director of Research for the Windfall Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that the economic benefits of advanced AI are broadly shared. In this capacity, he also leads the AGI Social Contract, a consortium of experts focused on developing strategies to guide the design of a new social contract in anticipation of upcoming societal transitions driven by AI.
