Dennis Novy is a British economist and academic. He holds the position of Chief Economist & Director of Analysis at the Foreign, Commonwealth And Development Office (FCDO). Concurrently, he is a Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick.

Novy also serves as a Research Fellow at Cepr - Centre For Economic Policy Research and Cesifo, and is the Impact Director at Cage Research Centre.
