Delia Catalina Ramirez is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for Illinois's 3rd congressional district. Born on June 2, 1983, she is the daughter of immigrant parents and holds the distinction of being the first Guatemalan American to serve in the Illinois General Assembly.

Prior to her current role, Ramirez served her first term as the Illinois 4th House State Representative.
